We guide a cohesive event vision and oversee all production and project management from start to finish. Our services are customizable depending your organization’s needs and in-house capabilities.

Event Vision: concept & creative ideation, theme/aesthetic vision, art direction.

Experience Design: venue/platform selection & design, event schedule, space architecture.

Show Direction & Production: storytelling & narrative development, run of show, technical direction, stage management.

Content: content production (filming, editing, post-production), editing & packaging, management of graphic assets.

Technology: broadcast/streaming platform selection and management for live presentation, virtual venue, online & mobile giving.

Food & Beverage: management of catering company and service logistics, menu selection, meal/gift box delivery.

Talent Management: talent/artist booking, travel/transportation, event logistics, communication, on-site management.

Fundraising Strategy & Logistics: working with internal teams and board on auction & fund-a-need development & integration, benefit tiers, in-kind donations, sponsor benefit execution and activation.

Marketing & Communications: working with internal teams on guest communications planning, publications timeline, emails, registration, web presence, customer service.

Budget & Timeline Management: create and manage expense budget, production and project timelines, RACI modeling.

Production Management: venue management, vendor selection, production build-outs, floorplans, permitting, production schedule, load-in/out planning, crew scheduling, support staffing.
